Press X, A, Left Flipper, Right Flipper, Left, and then hold down Left Flipper and press
X, C, Z, A, Right, Right.  You will hear a sound when done correctly.

*Easy and Abnormal Levels
At the Options menu, press and hold X, then press Z, C, Left Flipper, B, Left, Right
Flipper, Left Flipper.  You will hear a sound when done correctly.

*Faster Auto-Fire
At the Options screen, press and hold B, and then press Y, Right, Left, X, Z, Left
Flipper, Right Flipper.
