*Select Hidden Teams
At the Start Screen, press Left, Up, B, Up, Down, Up, Right, C.

*Whirlwind Option
At the Team Match-up Screen, rotate the D-pad clockwise 360 degrees until the game
begins.  You will now have the Whirlwind Option for the entire game.
NOTE: The trick doesn't work in Tournament Mode.
