Pause the game and press Left Flipper, A, Z, Y, Left, Right, A, Down, Right, Left
Flipper.

*Flying Mode
Pause the game and press Left Flipper, A, Right, Left Flipper, Left, Down, Down. 
Unpause the game and press Y to fly around the level.
NOTE: This code won't work if you have changed the controller settings.

*Invincibility
Pause the game and press Right Flipper, Right, A, Left Flipper, Right, A, Down, Y.
NOTE: This code won't work if you have changed the controller settings.
