At the Title screen, press Z, A, Z, A, B, A, B, Y, C, A, C, A.

*Refuel & Reload
At the Press Start screen, press Left Flipper, A, Z, Y, A, Down, Down.  During the game
pause to refuel & reload.

*Invincibility
At the Press Start screen, press and hold A, press and hold B, press and hold C, then
release C, release B, and then release A.  Then press B, A, B, Y, press and hold X,
press and hold Up, press and hold Down, release X, and release Down.  When done
correctly you'll hear the phrase "You are on the wrong team."
